This four-hour course will renew your skills, update your knowledge, and give you time to practice applying the MHFA Action Plan, so you’re always confident and prepared to support young people aged 8 to 18.

Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities

We limit numbers to 25 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn
After completing the course, you’ll:
- Be certified for another three years
- Receive a Learner Workbook and online access to the Youth MHFA Course Manual
- Get a digital certificate
- Be invited to join (or continue with) the Association of Mental Health First Aiders—England’s first and only membership body for MHFAiders
